Only 4 km away. east of the city of Veliko Tarnovo, nestled among the hills of Arbanasi and Sheremetya, far from the noise and pollution of the city, is the fabulous area “Ksilifor” – a paradise favored by many tourists for relaxation and contact with nature. The name of the locality comes from Greek origin and in literal translation it means “place for extracting, felling of wood”.<\/p>\n

In addition to incredible nature, the park in the “Ksilifor” area also has many sculptures made by students of the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”. The materials the students used were wood, stone and metal. The most impressive creations are the Library, with its huge wooden books, the Wise Owl and the great Mountain Serpent, 2 meters high and 8 meters long.<\/p>\n

The park is extremely suitable for all ages and types of people. Even for sports lovers, it offers a football and volleyball field, a unique rope installation for extreme sensations for young and old (donation from the company Walltopia), as well as 16 sq.m. climbing wall. For children, there are unique gazebos and playgrounds, offering separate areas for play and entertainment.<\/p>\n

To everything listed here, we will also add that there is a beautiful lake in the park with swimming ducks and turtles, and right next to it the “Ksilifor” Hut can offer you delicious barbecue and drinks. During the warm months of the year, the “Lake” Snack Bar is also open, with a spacious terrace with a view of the incredible intertwining of water and nature.<\/p>\n

The area of \u200b\u200bthe locality “Ksilifor” offers a complete recharge of the spirit and the senses. There’s something for everyone and we guarantee you’ll have a great day choosing to visit. You will be able to enjoy the fresh air and unique flora and fauna combined with modern entertainment and attractions.<\/p>\n
