M\u0103n\u0103stirea este situat\u0103 la doar 7 km nord de\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">Veliko T\u00e2rnovo<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.35pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Neucha','serif'; color: #333333;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">M\u0103n\u0103stirea \u201eSchimbarea la Fa\u021b\u0103\u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 \u00een timpul celui de-al doilea stat bulgar \u00een secolul XIII &#8211; XIV. Este a patra m\u0103n\u0103stire ca m\u0103rime din Bulgaria \u0219i cea mai mare din regiunea\u00a0lui\u00a0Veliko T\u00e2rnovo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.35pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Neucha','serif'; color: #333333;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">M\u0103n\u0103stirea\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>exist\u0103 datorit\u0103 dona\u021biilor \u021barului Ivan \u0218i\u0219man \u0219i ale p\u0103rin\u021bilor s\u0103i, \u021barul Ivan Alexandru \u0219i so\u021bia sa Sara, care suport\u0103 integral costurile repara\u021biilor \u0219i reconstruc\u021biei cl\u0103dirii \u0219i\u00a0construc\u021biilor\u00a0m\u0103n\u0103stirii. De aceea m\u0103n\u0103stirea este cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i sub numele de m\u0103n\u0103stirea \u201eSarei\u201d sau \u201elui\u00a0\u0218i\u0219man\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.35pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Neucha','serif'; color: #333333;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0P\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul secolului al XIV-lea\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">m\u0103n\u0103stirea<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a fost amplasat\u0103 \u00een alt\u0103 parte, dar odat\u0103 cu sosirea otomanilor pe p\u0103m\u00e2nturile bulgare \u0219i mai precis c\u0103derea lui Veliko T\u00e2rnovo sub st\u0103p\u00e2nirea turc\u0103 a dus la mai multe, iar ulterior distrugerea \u0219i arderea sa complet\u0103..<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.35pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Neucha','serif'; color: #333333;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00cen\u00a0anul\u00a01825, c\u0103lug\u0103rul\u00a0din\u00a0Rila,\u00a0P\u0103rintele Zotik,\u00a0a restaurat complet\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">M\u0103n\u0103stirea \u201eSchimbarea la Fa\u021b\u0103\u201c<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00een loca\u021bia\u00a0sa\u00a0actual\u0103 \u0219i a devenit \u0219i stare\u021bul ei.
