Structura general\u0103 a lucr\u0103rii are ca scop recrearea luptelor Partidului\u00a0Comunist Bulgar pentru a construi o societate socialist\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 3.35pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Neucha','serif'; color: #333333;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Dup\u0103 reamenajarea politic\u0103 din 10 noiembrie\u00a0anul\u00a01989,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Neucha','serif';\">monumentul<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a \u00eenceput \u00eencet s\u0103 se deterioreze \u0219i a fost distrus.\u00a0R\u0103uvoitori\u00a0contribuie \u0219i la starea sa proast\u0103, jefuind \u0219i distrug\u00e2nd o mare parte a crea\u021biilor din structura \u00eens\u0103\u0219i.
