Chamurkov guest house is located only 3 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, South-Eastern Europe in the small picturesque village of Malki Chiflik. Built in 1904, a century later the house was restored very carefully detail by detail, and the interior was inspired by artists and sculptures. The walls were painted with Czech acrylic paints and the colors formed an orange, blue, yellow, purple, gray, pink room and another orange room.
The property consists of a large house – The Main House and a separate building with a studio and two double bedrooms.

The Main house has 7 rooms / 5 double (2+2 transitional), 1 triple, 1 quadruple and 3 bathrooms each with a toilet, another 1 toilet for the tavern for 25 people with full kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV set. Sound is provided by a BIG 🙂 party karaoke speaker model Sony with Bluetooth connection with two microphones, suitable for parties until dawn.

On the first floor is the gray room for 3, which has its own bathroom. Here is the indoor barbecue, as well as the tavern, whose area is 45 sq. m. The fireplace and the sofas, tables and chairs formed around it create a lot of coziness and warmth. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary dishes and the most modern electrical appliances: a powerful oven, ceramic hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a fully charged coffee machine – a robot (coffee beans from us), a blender, chopper, sandwich grill, contact grill, party grill, electric grill, pancake maker, kitchen scale, dishwasher with free tablets, ice maker, large fridge with freezer, two big refrigerators and washing machine , capsules for free, hair dryer and iron. For fun parties, we have a large karaoke party speaker with two wireless microphones.
On the second floor are the Yellow (for 4), Pink (for two) with Blue (2) transition, Purple (2) with Orange (2) transition and another Orange (for 2) room. They have 2 shared bathrooms. From here, a picturesque view of Veliko Tarnovo and Stara planina is revealed. All the rooms here are retro styled. The furniture is antique and restored by the owner himself.
The Main House is heated during the winter months by a wood-burning fireplace with a water jacket and radiators in all rooms and bathrooms. The house is warm and insulated, it has 50-60 cm thick walls.
In the separate building there is also a Studio, the interior of which is designed in a vintage style on the theme of flowers, with fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob with two hotplates, coffee machine wuth free coffee, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric grill, dining table with high chairs for four people. The studio has its own bathroom, satellite TV 32″ set, air conditioner, queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two. In front of the studio there is a bench swing for relaxation. The capacity is for 2+2 guests.
In the separate building there is Two bedroom suite – 2 double bedrooms furnished in traditional Bulgarian style, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV 32″ set with satellite television. The rooms have silverware and a dining table inside for 6 people and a table with a small barbecue outside for 10 people next to the fountain under the shade of the grapes. The rooms have a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine with free coffee, a microwave and an electric kettle.
They do not have cooking facilities such as a kitchen with a stove and hotplate. Outside in front of both rooms there is a bench swing for relaxation. The capacity of Two bedroom suite in the separate building is for 4 guests.
