From May 25, 2018, a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, entered into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.
NA CHISTO EOOD carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In its capacity as a personal data administrator, NA CHISTO EOOD meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of the service, and keeping it responsibly and lawfully.
