This villa offers self-catering facilities and is decorated in an authentic local style. It is set over 2 floors and features free WiFi and satellite TV. Available to our guests are 7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with toilets and 1 more toilet. On the 1st floor there is a 45 sq.m communal lounge with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor there are 6 bedrooms and another 2 bathrooms. Please note that there are 2+2 connecting (transitional) rooms on the 2nd floor – 4 in total.

The main guest house has 7 bedrooms in total/4 doubles (2+2 transitional), 1 quadruple, 1 triple and 1 more double, 3 bathrooms with toilets and 1 more toilet to the tavern, which is for 25 people with full kitchen equipment, Wi Fi internet and computer available to every guest. The total capacity of the main house is 17 guests.

On the first floor is the gray room for 3 persons, which has its own bathroom. Here is the indoor barbecue, as well as the tavern, whose area is 45 sq. m. The fireplace and the soft sofas, tables and chairs formed around it create a lot of coziness and warmth. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes and the most modern electrical appliances: a powerful oven, ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a fully charged coffee machine – a robot (coffee beans from us), a blender, a chopper, a sandwich grill, a contact grill, party grill, electric grill, waffle maker, kitchen scale, incl. dishwasher, ice maker, large fridge with freezer, two additional refrigerators and washing machine, hair dryer and iron. For fun parties, we have a large karaoke party speaker with two wireless microphones.

On the second floor, there are the Yellow (for three), Pink (for two) with transition Blue (2), Purple (2) with transition Orange (2) and Secret (for two) rooms. They have 2 shared bathrooms. From here, a picturesque view of Veliko Tarnovo and Stara planina is revealed. All the rooms here are authentic local retro styled. The furniture is antique and restored by the owner himself. The main house is heated during the winter by a wood-burning fireplace with a water jacket and radiators in all rooms. The house is warm and insulated, it has 50-60 cm thick walls. Always pre-heated rooms without cold surprises during the winter months!
